黄志英,化名黄飞,1944年重阳节出生,浙江东阳人。1961年被录取于浙江美术学院附中,而后深造于上海长阳书画习训班,曾在上海专业从事影视明星与戏剧明星的肖像画。后在宁波开设书画艺术馆兼姚剧团舞美设计。文革后曾任外语教学,现专职与影视外景及影视旅游景观设计。曾任中国横店影视城总设计师,美化工程设计院院长,也多次在书画艺术上获得国内与国际金银奖。现为中国书画家协会会员,中国书画导报书画家,中国环球翰墨文化艺术院研究员。中国百强书画名家,上海艺博国际书画交流中心签约书画家。炭精画做作品入选国宝档案,荣获亚洲英才人物。2016年被泰国荣聘为中泰国际联盟文化交流大使。现任中国横店影视城明星书画院名誉院长,北京环球翰墨文化艺术院中国画院副院长。

Huang Zhiying, also known by the pseudonym Huang Fei, was born in 1944 on the Double Ninth Festival and is a native of Dongyang, Zhejiang. In 1961, he was admitted to the Affiliated High School of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts and later pursued further studies at the Shanghai Changyang Calligraphy and Painting Training School. He once specialized in portrait painting of film and theater stars in Shanghai. Later, he held an art gallery in Ningbo, combining it with stage design for the Yao Opera. After the Cultural Revolution, he taught foreign languages and is now focused on film location and scenic design for film and television tourism.

Huang served as the chief designer of China’s Hengdian World Studios and was the president of the Beautification Engineering Design Institute. He has won multiple gold and silver awards in national and international calligraphy and painting competitions. Currently, he is a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a calligrapher and painter for China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and a researcher at the China Global Hanmo Culture and Art Institute. He is recognized as one of China's top 100 calligraphy and painting masters and is a contracted calligrapher and painter with the Shanghai Art Expo International Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Center. His charcoal paintings have been selected for the National Treasure Archives, and he has been honored as an "Asian Elite Figure."

In 2016, he was appointed as a cultural exchange ambassador for the China-Thailand International Alliance. He currently serves as the honorary president of the Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Academy at Hengdian World Studios and the vice president of the Chinese Painting Academy at the Beijing Global Hanmo Culture and Art Institute.
